What the guarantee covers

- Anything that comes loose, shifts or fails because of how we assembled it.
- Fixings, anchors and levelling on structures we installed.
- Doors, panels and moving parts we fitted that stop working properly.
- We return and put it right at no cost to you.
What it does not cover
- Manufacturing faults in the product itself, which are a warranty claim with the retailer. We will help you identify the part.
- Storm, impact or accidental damage after installation.
- Anything modified or moved by someone else after we left.
Why we can offer it
We use in-house crews
No rotating cast. The people who install your gazebo are the same people who installed the last hundred.
We do not rush the base
Most failures trace back to something not being level. We check before, not after.
