What we handle
Most grills arrive as a hundred parts and a diagram nobody can follow.
- Full assembly of gas, charcoal and pellet barbecues
- Burners, grates, heat shields and igniters fitted per the manual
- Side burners, rotisserie kits and cabinet doors fitted and aligned
- Cart wheels, castors and levelling so it does not rock on the patio
- Hardware torqued properly, no leftover screws in the bag
Brands we assemble
Whatever you bought, wherever you bought it.
- Weber, Napoleon, Broil King and Traeger
- Sterling, Char-Broil, Pit Boss and Dyna-Glo
- Costco, Home Depot, Canadian Tire and Amazon purchases
- Built-in and outdoor kitchen units
Common questions
How long does BBQ assembly take?
Most gas grills take one to two hours. Larger units with side burners, rotisseries and cabinets take longer.
Do you connect the gas?
No. We assemble the barbecue itself. Gas connection is work for a licensed gas fitter, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Can you assemble it in the backyard?
Usually the easiest way, since a built grill is awkward to move through a house. Tell us about gate access when you book.
What if a part is missing from the box?
More common than you would think. We identify exactly what is missing so you can claim it from the retailer, and come back to finish once it arrives.
BBQ assembly pairs well with outdoor furniture assembly and often gets booked alongside a gazebo or pergola install.
