Booking and pricing
How do I get a price?
Send the brand, model and size of what you bought, your postal code, and a couple of photos of where it is going. We come back with a fixed price for the whole job.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. We quote the job, not an hourly rate, so you know the number before anyone starts.
How soon can you come?
Same-week slots are often available across most of the GTA, weekends included. Peak season for gazebos and pergolas books up faster.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. Quotes are free.
On the day
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in and show us where it is going. After that you do not need to hover.
Do you bring tools?
Everything. You do not need to supply anything but the product itself.
Will it be finished in one visit?
Most jobs, yes. Larger structures, or anything needing a base built first, sometimes need a second visit. We will tell you upfront.
What happens to the packaging?
We break it down and stack it tidily on site for your own collection day. Taking it away is not part of the service.
Products and problems
Do you install things I bought anywhere?
Yes. That is the entire idea. Buy it wherever you like and we will install it.
What if parts are missing?
More common than people expect. We identify exactly what is missing so you can claim it from the retailer, then return to finish once it arrives.
Can you take over a job someone else started?
Often yes, if it is a matter of finishing or reassembling an installation properly. We do not repair damaged structures, but we can take an old one down and install a new one.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. Multi-site installs, vendor work and volume contracts across the GTA.
